Instead, we build the whole heating module for you.
Why the module matters
Think of a single lamp as just a part. A module? That’s a tool. We space the emitters specifically so you don’t get those annoying gaps in heat across the glass. We also lock in the distance between the quartz tube and your workpiece, which keeps the heat flux consistent. If you’re running a high-speed line, you’re going to need some serious wattage. But there’s a catch. All that power creates a ton of ambient heat. If your fans and power supplies aren’t up to the task, your connectors will literally melt. We build the housing to handle that heat so you don’t have to worry about your equipment melting into a puddle.
Skip the wiring headache
Wiring up dozens of individual lamps is a total time-sink. It’s tedious, boring work. Our approach is a bit more “plug and play.” We send you a pre-wired, pre-tested assembly. We use heavy-duty, heat-resistant cables that can actually survive a factory floor without fraying or failing. You just drop it in and plug it into your controller. No more guessing about voltage or worrying if you wired the polarity backward. It just works.
The trade-off
Here is the honest truth: high-intensity shortwave IR is the only way to get the fast ramp-up you need for stress cutting. But that intensity takes a toll on the lamps. You’re basically trading a bit of lamp lifespan for way faster cycle times. It’s a fair trade. We balance this by optimizing the footprint of the module. You get enough punch to crack the glass without cooking the frame around it. No more DIY mounting, no more trial-and-error. You just get your line running.
